What is a Pacer?

I have seen that people are going to check their "pacers" for their information updates. Where and when can we do that for our case?

Here is the link for PACER.
You can follow your case as new documents, etc. are posted. You typically receive everything in the mail, but this gives you a sneak peek. Be creful, you are charged .08 per page, and it can add up quickly.

if you stay under $10 then you will never get a bill.

consider looking at all your documents for your case and then only checking the title 'Date Of Last Filing'. checking that date is free on my pacer. if that date changes then you have to go find out what changed in the 'Docket Report' section. otherwise, no need to look at anything more after that. just keep checking the date free.

Bkfiler - Have you ever thought of getting a perm, it couldn't hurt. Maybe getting it styled also, since you have filed bankruptcy I am sure you can fit it in the budget somewhere, or go to your cosmotology school, I bet the class would take you on as a project.
Heck, we might even take up a collection, or instead of a pizza party we could have a make over party for you.
Or, I would be willing to nominate you for What Not To Wear, (after your case is closed, I would hate for Clint and Staci to do all that hard work and the trustee take your clothes from you)
