    Question about the Mailing List...

On the Master Mailing List of Chapter 7, am I supposed to list only the creditors' that I'm discharging under bankruptcy, or ALL of my creditors completely. For example, I have a federal student loan out there that I assume can't be discharged. Do I need to put that on my mailing list and "hope it gets discharged", or just keep it off? Thank you!

List it! You probably won't get discharged from it..But weird things are occuring!

List all your creditors. They must all be notified of the BK because the automatic stay even applies if they are not - dischargeable.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Only thing FREE in this world is advice - and some people pay for that.....
If you think the air is free - just wait till you need OXYGEN!!!

About the only thing "free" in life now is:

the twinkle in a an old man's eye -
                        the love of a good man/woman -
the laughter from a happy child -
the sound of a newborn baby crying -
the devotion of a pet -
and the beautiful blue sky above me.....
