I included a judgement in my chapter 7, if it is discharged can the creditor renew the judgement later? I am in the state of michigan and I know they have renewable judgements but I don't know if that applies to this.

No, because the debt behind the judgement is discharged.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.
