But am I discharged yet? I saw someone else post that theirs said awaiting closing and that meant they were discharged. Sorry to sound so dumb but I just want to make sure I know what's going on with it.Comment

When was your last day for Objections????
Check on Pacer and see is it says "debtor discharged" yet!!!
If not your waiting on the Discharge to be granted. Then awaiting the case to be closed is next....

Under "Case Summary" it says Discharged 1/10/06. Our date for objections was 1/1/06.
This is what is under "Status"
Awaiting Closing 11/10/2005 62 days 16 Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution

I guess I am discharged too
Since everyone else seems to say they are when it says awaiting closing I guess mine has been discharged.
