    How long does it take pacer

    How long does it take pacer to report a discharge?

    We were due for discharge on the 10th and I've been checking like mad the last couple of days.

    Should I wait a week or so???

    I can hardly wait to see DISCHARGED so I can move on with my life and stop obsessing over this all.

    It depends on your area, how busy they are etc.
    Call the Clerk if you are really anxious. I would probably wait a couple days, you can print it off too. You will get the paperwork in a couple weeks too. (maybe less)

      hehe we know how you fell. the good news is that if there was a problem then it would most likely already be reported.
      Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

        I guess all areas and courts are different. Mine posted on Pacer 2 days after the deadline. It's a huge relief but hard to say when it will post. Like others have said, if you made it this far, there is most likely not a problem and will show up before you know it. Really it hasn't been that long, but I do know how you feel.

          our deadline was dec 30 2005, and our discharge wasn't until jan 6th 2006...You can call, but they tell you to wait 2 weeks....it stinks I know!!!
