Raise after filled out BK papers

Okay well now I see why it is important to get legal advise before running in the BK courts clerk office. My papers were done in October ( I wanted to wait) but now that I look at my copy of the Bk papers, Its my last salary not new one, it does make a signiicant dfference but I am still no where near the
median income, should I amend it but then i would have to get the whole bk certicate? Is it okay?

they are going to match what your employer stated you made with what you said you made and use that. everything you put on your application must be correct or you could end up being dismissed or losing creditbility with the trustee, court, judge etc if you ended up in a problem.

if you didnt list the information correct as they asked for it then you have to amend it.

what is the bk-certificate that you are talking about?

Some of the CCCA's that do Pre BK Counseling aren't approved to do Post BK Education and visa versa.

Check out the DOJ website link for the list of Approved, Post BK Education providers.
