    Pacer Updates?

Does anyone know when Pacer is updated?
Is it daily, upon activity or what?

My discharge is supposed to be on the 20th or 23rd. I have a reaffirmation from my HELOC that is on the way to the courts. What happens if the discharge happens before the court gets the reaffirmation paper work.

    I am worried.

it is not at a scheduled time. its anytime something is added.

reaffirm aggreement must be filed before discharge.

in old law cases and anytime in new law cases.

(which is hard for me to believe since it seems to me once the case is closed i dont see how they are going to rule on anything. if its true then maybe you have to pay a few hundred to reopen the case)

I am praying it gets there in time. If it does not then what? Is there anything I can do. Should I call the courts?

no idea. i would call the court and see what they say. i know they can postpone things to give more time. not sure how to do that.

I'm wondering about the same thing... apparently my date for creditors to object was the 17th, and my 60 days ends the 23rd. I'm a ProSe filer, and in my state (if you are ProSe) you have to go before a judge with your Reaffirmation Agreement before it is valid (they just want to make sure you know what you're doing.) I wonder if they will discharge me, even though I said I wanted to reaffirm, before the agreement is filed. I hope they can stall it for just a little bit...

If you are reaffirming anything, it must be approved by the court before discharge....................

If you are pro se, you must contact the creditor yourself to get reaffirm papers sent to you to present to the court....

Just because you say your reaffirming - doesn't mean you get too - unless the court approves.

I called the clerk and she said that I can have my attorney file for extension until paperwork gets there. He is willing to do it for a cost.

BUT!! It came in on yesterday and is in PACER!! HIPPPEEEE!!!
My discharge should show up in PACER on Monday!

              I feel born again!
