Case is discharged, not closed and they are taking our tax return (of course.)

Say our income changes after the discharge. Does that still matter to the courts?

IIf the trustee would suspect fraud, you get a large inheritance, you win the lottery or Publisher's Clearing House. (maybe even the HGTV Dream House 2006)

That Dreamhouse is awesome! I'd settle for the GMC vehicle. I'm sure the courts would take it. Especially that 250,000 cash prize.

If it is something you knew about, expected, etc. before filing-it could be an issue. Otherwise, it should not be.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
