Soooo.. how does an income change (say for the better) fall within chaper 7?
Case is discharged, not closed and they are taking our tax return (of course.)
IIf the trustee would suspect fraud, you get a large inheritance, you win the lottery or Publisher's Clearing House. (maybe even the HGTV Dream House 2006)

If it is something you knew about, expected, etc. before filing-it could be an issue. Otherwise, it should not be.
