I exempted all of my personal belongings and car(and sports equipment)--I had NO cash lol I looked at alot of cases that were filed by a big BK attorney here to double check my exemptions. I figure a few thou in a tax refund is well worth the 60,000 I won't be paying. lol

so there isnt anything like furnature you could take off instead? overvalues any personals items? rework it so that it would work for you at all?

you do know that attorneys do this all the time. they protect the assets of the clients best they can.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

yeah, I probably could....BUT I am afraid doing that after he has asked for the refund would red flag me and all I want to do is get through this and get discharged.
Now, if I get a Motion to Convert to 13 from the US Trustee...then I will be searching for a lawyer for some help. The only reason I filed pro se was because none of the attorneys here could fit me in to get me filed under the old law

attorneys change the paperwork all the time. if there are no other area of concern then i would try to rework it to save it if possible.

i still wonder if its possible. i dont seem to see anyone mention that.
