The last day for objections on my BK was 1/17. I had never used the pacer before, so I decided I would bite the bullet today. Nothing had been added or changed since trustee report of no asset on 11/18. Should I be concerned that my bk is not going to go through or does it look good since no one has objected. I would think that by now that I would've received something if they were going to go after me or convert me a 13. Thanks for any advice.......

Hi,
My last day for objections was 1-15 so I called the district BK court and asked the clerk when I should I expect to see discharge. He said "I will take care of it today". Next time I checked PACER I was discharged. Worth a try to call. -
more then likely if nothing has shown up on your pacer case by now then nobody objected. by next friday you will be out of the woods imo. you never really know until you see the dsicharge.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

Thanks for the encouragement. I dread checking the mail everyday or checking the caller ID. I don't know how much more I can hold out. This has been a nerve wrecking experience to say the least.Comment

what you talking about? its over. go check pacer and see if Date Of Last Filing changed. if it did go see what it says.
