    Finally 1/19/06 Discharge!!! I think

    Hi everyone
Just to give you all an update, I check pacer and said that DISCHARGE!!!!!!

But also said this: It appearing that the debtor is entitled to a discharge
    It is Ordered:
The debtor is granted a discharge under section 727 of title 11 United states Code

    By the Court

Is this means that I was discharge like a ch 13 but is ch 7? I did paid money to the trustee (I had equity on my car) So with the help of my kids (son & daughter)I paid it off, so this is it, please let me know for sure, all of you that already got discharged should know. I guess I just want some closureto this, it has been the most stressful months and weeks of my life. Just like all of you can't wait for all this to be over, so I can concentrated on fixing my cr.

    Any advice folks

Thank you very much for all the answers to all of our questions I for one read the board every single day, I haven't post much, but when I do is because I know what I'm talking about I don't want to give the wrong advice to anyone is better to get knowledge of something before I start given answers. Well thank you all for all the help that I have received from all of you even if you didn't know Of course I will keep coming here and the littler that I know I will shared.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
