At our 341 meeting the trustee asked for a couple of small amendments to be made to the petition (marital status was wrong and they left savings account off paperwork). When my lawyer makes these changes will it show up on pacer. I can't seem to get lawyer to return my calls and want to make sure these were filed.

I'm thinking that when an amendment is done it also has to be filed with the Court.
I'm sure it has to be flagged or noted on Pacer.Minny

yes they will show up on pacer. leave a message with your attorney everyday adn each day state that he has not returned X number of calls in X number of days. track it and document it for future use just in case.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
