    Discharged 1/23...Closed 1/23...Hurray!!!!

Eventhough I found this site during the last 30days awaiting discharge, it has been more help to me than anything! All the posts helped settle my nerves and give me encouragement for the recovery side of BK! Thanks to you all and I look forward to chatting with you more now that I am on the other side. Now that I am discharged and closed, exactly what should be included in my discharge papers? I have not received anything from my attorney or courts yet. Is there anything in PACER that I can download that will include my Discharge Notice? I am in the need for a vehicle and I know I will need those papers in my hand before i can go looking. Help me out....... :good:

Time to take these scores higher:
    TRU EQF EXP
    12/19/05 550 482 524
    01/16/06 519 485 524

I am so excited and ready to start over.....

By the way what are BADDIES? I have seen this term in different posts...

They're accounts w/ negative history or a negative resolution. A 'clean' credit report would have no baddies.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
