Good luck! Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

341 under new laws is no different then many of us that go crammed into the old laws at the last minute. we all got an updated version of the 341 paper to sign with the new requirements on it as well.
you will see that your 341 is the best part of the process.

BK, you were right.
It took less than two minutes for me. Sworn in, state name and address. Briefly looked at DL,SS card and tax return. Have you owned any property, do you own a car, would you like to reaffirm anything, do you have any pending law suits and the good ole no show from the creditors. The most stressful part of the entire thing was the waiting and then I couldn't find my vehicle in the parking garage.
I guess the fun really begins now, waiting on all the creditors to raise hell.
