341 under new laws is no different then many of us that go crammed into the old laws at the last minute. we all got an updated version of the 341 paper to sign with the new requirements on it as well.
you will see that your 341 is the best part of the process.

BK, you were right.
It took less than two minutes for me. Sworn in, state name and address. Briefly looked at DL,SS card and tax return. Have you owned any property, do you own a car, would you like to reaffirm anything, do you have any pending law suits and the good ole no show from the creditors. The most stressful part of the entire thing was the waiting and then I couldn't find my vehicle in the parking garage.
I guess the fun really begins now, waiting on all the creditors to raise hell.Comment

What state did you file in CPW111? My 341 under the new laws is in one week. I was so nervous now knowing how things might be different at the meeting under the new laws, but you have definitely made me feel about the whole thing.Comment

My meeting was in Georgia. If you are really nervous go and take a look before your meeting. BK filer is right, the 341 is the easy part. Its the next 60 days that will be hell, but I'm going to the BBQ on Friday to ease my pain. I will be at the hunch punch line the entire time.Comment
