What the most important sections in the BK Laws
Hello Everyone:
The new BK laws are about 265 pages which is a lot to read. Has anyone here read all the pages? I plan to file a Ch 7 no asset case. I read somewhere that the most important sections of the BK Laws for Ch 7 filers would be sections 5 and 7. The rest of the areas are not as important or have less bearing on a Ch7 case. Any opinions?
