    Trustee has abandoned my case!!!

    I was discharged in February and have been waiting. Today it has appeared:

    Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer. (Rouse, Norman) (Entered: 03/07/2006)

        Congrats!! I know the feeling -- such a relief... now wait for the discharge and you will feel even more relief....I am currently waiting for my case to close to feel completely content with it all!!

              Thanks, everyone!
              I am such a different person today, but what has made it all possible is this board. Without the support and the information and the comraderie, I would have felt so alone. I plan to stay around and help other people, too. Yes, we can do it! And we can also be compassionate to others. I've even been able to turn my lawyer around -- he was a complete jerk when I first met him, but now he knows I help people who have filed bk find homes (I'm a real estate agent) and financing. He also gives me work doing broker price opinions on property for filers.
              I'm feeling really good about everything right now. Hope it lasts!

                    Now I can relax. What a relief!!!
