We filed ch. 7 over 2 years ago and were discharged almost 2 years ago. We surrendered our house and had no problem. We also surrendered some dining room furniture. The creditor for the furniture never contacted us - until a few weeks ago. Now they want the furniture. How long do they have to try and collect the furniture and what if we have since sold part of it? Can anyone help with this?
