Correct addresses to use in the Creditor List?

Is it more accurate to use the creditors address that's listed on the CR's? CC's agencies change their addresses from time to time and the address where you send payments are most of the time different than the creditor's headquarters. A creditor's HQ maybe in Delaware but they want you to send a payment to the west coast. And what do you do when 2 credit reporting agencies report 2 different addresses for a creditor? I checked my experian and equifax reports (waiting for TU to mail my report) and they list Citibank in Hagerstown, MD and the other one lists them in Wilmington, DE. So what gives or do I just place both addresses and call it a day? And which CR is more accurate - TU, EX or EQ?

As long as you use an address connected to or provided by the company, you'll be fine. Might take a little longer to get your credit report updated tho. But its not your job to chase your creditors.

When I filed BK in '03, my attorney told me to gather up all the most recent bills I had, no matter what it was for (except for student loan bills), including collection letters and lawsuit threats. I gave him everything and He and his office did all of the filing, paperwork, filling out forms, etc....so I didnt have to fill out or figure out addresses of anything..

I figure most of the big credit card companies are already in the electronic format for being notified and being paid. I figure even though my citi card payments actually go to 3 different addresses (po box is all that differs), in the BK, they will probably go to one address...and I'm sure if they are on top of things, they will make sure the trustee knows the correct address.
