Hi Everyone:
I use to have a habit of purchasing things - particularly kitchen gadgets. In my kitchen I have things like a Vaccuum Sealer,a Rotisserie, a food slicer and other odds and ends which I barely used or haven't at all (I bought a car mask for the front end of my car years ago and it still remains in the box -NEW). Although these items really don't have alot of value, I would like to sell them. I could use some extra cash anyway even if its only to fill my gas tank. Would the trustee frown at me for selling these items? Would appear that I am getting rid of "assets?" What would be the best way to get rid of these things - selling wise?
Ebay, a flea market, ad in the paper? Should only insist on cash or money order transactions to avoid any paper trails?
Any suggestions? Experience?
Thanks
sbb

Are we talking about selling things within six months before and being afraid of this counting towards your income? or is this something we should all be fearing if we sold things on ebay a long time ago? I would hope that selling things way back when isn't a problem. I did this to stay alive most times!
