My petition has been filed...

Ok guys, I'm on the way. My lawyer said my petion was filed and I just have to wait fir the meeting to come. I admit I'm a little nervous about it. I have taken some first steps to start cleaning up my credit report(s), because I know how long it can take for that kinda stuff to be resolved. I don't want to wait the 60 days (if everything goes smoothly) to get started and then have a mees on my hands. I'm glad I found this forum. You guys are all so helpful and a lot of great information. Thanks! I'll keep you guys posted on my status! I will not go down without a fight LOL
