Was looking at PACER and saw this online today..
The United States Trustee (UST) has determined that the debtor has not filed nor transmitted all of the required means testing documents and that without these documents, the UST cannot make a determination as to whether debtor's case is presumed abusive under 11 U.S.C. Section 707(b). Filed by Leroy Culton on behalf of Office of the US Trustee.
Appears that this is nothing bad, just that the attorney needs to confirm or resend some information to the Trustee? See the reply below and tell me what you think...
