My 341 meeting is scheduled for 05/19/2006 11 AM Little worried people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My 341 is a week from today (April 3, 2006.) I'm part nervous and part excited. I just want to get this process moving along. It's hard to sit here and wait.
I swear, I'm going to go out and have a nice dinner when this case is finally discharged and closed.

It is no sweat, unless you are hiding a boat, car, motorcycle... or dug a ditch in your backyard and stockpiled money...
Seriously, it was really one of the easiest things I have done. I had a pretty decent Trustee, and I knew there were no creditors present, because it was a small room, and everyone was sitting with their attorney waiting to be called... nobody sitting alone... nothing to worry about...
How long after you file is the 341 usually? I have an out of town engagement in the middle of May and am worried that thats when they will schedule it for. Can you request block out days or anything like that? I will be away from a Wed-Monday...

We filed 5/15/04 and ours was scheduled for 6/30/04. We tried to get a more scheduled time due to having two disabled children, but they said no, you get what they give you. So I doubt you'll be able to "block out" any days. Good luck! I hope it ends up being set for a suitable day!
Yo ho, Yo ho, a pirates life for me Discharged 9/1/04
you"ve heard it all before, and yet we worry, I certainly did, but the 341 was a breeze, 7 minutes, yes or no questions, and over then the 60 day wait, me its day 31, punishing, but I am sure this will be breeze too, but still we wonder what if? Good luck, it'll be no problem
