Does anyone know what this means
We had our 341 last week and today on pacer this was posted but we need to know what kind of investigation they are going to do??
Administration and distribution the Debtors' intrest in the follwoing assets: non exempt value of tax refund
, non-exempt value of all assets listed on the Debtors' schedules and any other assets that may be discovered through further investigation that were not listed on Debtors' schedules.
The Trustee also hereby gives notice of his intent to abandon all other scheduled assets in this case, other than the assets claimed above, on the grounds that such assets are either exempt, secured in excess of their value or burdensome to administer.
We disclosed everything that we have and have done payment wise. Is this just a normal statement for them to put? Or are we in trouble for something that we don't know about???
Also, what is request for claims bar date???
We don't understand and are a little nervous about this. The final date was moved to June 29 for creditors to file their claims.
