discharged and still waiting closing

hey everyone i very excited because i was discharged on 03/09/2006 but i am how ever still awaiting closing it,s taking forever i want to closed this chapter in my life already but any way my question is that they sent me a letter stating the date of discharge but not a actual list of everything discharged in my bankruptcy this could,nt be my discharge papers right? everyone i talk to says that there was more details please help not sure

If you received papers from the Court saying that you have been discharged, yes these are your discharge papers.

If you want to know who was discharged you will have to check the list of creditors (matrix list of creditors) that you filled out in your petition and who the court sent lettes too. These are the accounts that are discharged UNLESS they are student loans, taxes, IRS, and a creditor on your list objected to your discharge and filed and objection with the court.

I Checked My Credit Reports Yesterday And On All Three Bureaus They Have Only Stated That Two Creditors Was Included In Bankruptcy And The Others Still Have A Balance I ,m Not Sure Why They Have Not Updated The Others My Husband And I Have Filed Jointly And His Is Completely Updated . He Is Recieving Credit Card Offers They Have Not Sent Me Any. It Is Almost As If I Didn,t Even File. What Should I Do? Matter Fact He Already Has Been Approved For A Cc.is This Because His Name Is ListED First On The Document?
