341 Meeting Question

I posted a few minutes ago, but I have another question. We got some cash advances a few weeks ago. Once we decided to file our BK lawyer told us to put a stop payment on what we owed them, we did but they took the money out anyway. We finally got the bank to file a dispute (today) so if the loans get sent back and we get our money back what will the trustee say if we put them on our BK. I am a little worried about these
