    chapter 7 help

    I am filing chapter 7 pro se and so far I am doing ok with it. My question is:: FormB9A Meeting of the Creditors--Am I to fill this out or is the Bankruptcy clerk suppose to do it? I can't fill out the time and date of this .
    PLEASE HELP

        get form b200_1005.pdf from the court, that should help . no, you do not submit B9A.

          Needhelp,

          Filing pro se is one of the most dangerous things you can do now that the laws have changed.
          If you do not file correctly, leave something out or put it on the wrong form, the Court will dismiss your case....... They are not going to notify you what you did wrong, they will just notify you dismissed because of incorrect paper work......

          Most people cannot and should not file pro se.......

          As important as filing bankruptcy is, I would suggest you have free consultation with an attorney to see what your up against....
          Attorneys KNOW THE LAWS, you don't.....

          If you have assets, are trying to keep your home or auto, then you are playing dangerously by filing yourself under the new laws....
