    Complicated situation

Yes I will be filing alone. My fiance is not a co-signer of any of my debts.
No I don't collect unemployment insurance. My attorney wants me to list my fiance's income as household income and include all the household expenses. If I don't include his income, is there another way for me to have income since I am unemployed? Is there a form for me to put that I get an "allowance" from my fiance - which is not enough to cover my debt?

My main concern is that my fiance and my Mother are on my checking account. Neither one of them will be filing with me, but my fiance's pay is direct deposited into our checking account. Is it possible that our checking account will be affected?

    Please help!

I live w/my fiance and he owns the home & has direct deposit from his work to my checking account - which his name is included on the account obviously. My attorney wants me to list his income as the household income and all the expenses, including the mortgage, etc. Obviously since I am unemployed I don't pay anything. Is there anything I should be concerned about - as far as my fiance's finances & credit are concerned?

Also, since the $ in our checking account is his and only his, is that a concern for me as far as something that can be taken from me?

    Hi,

Are you planning of filing BK alone? Including your fiance's income on your petition, is one way of going about it, but it only complicates a simple case. unless your state requires so. Or you could simply file youself - to make the processes more seamless, and work more towards your favor.

Do you collect unemployment insurance? If you do just calculate your gross weekly benefits, and use that as your gross monthly income.

    Good Luck!
