Needing advice bad

I am going to file chapter 7 this week my questions is will the trustee get all my income tax check, or can i spend it and If I can spend, what on

I got my tax refund in February, filed for BK March 31. Atty stated in my petition that I had received a refund and spent the money on living expenses and atty fees. Trustee asked if my tax copies were a true copy of this years taxes, I said yes and he handed the forms back to me. Thats all...no mention of any money. I believe if you receive your refund and spend it before you file there shouldn't be a problem. You may want to check with your atty to be on the safe side.
