As I stated in an earlier post, we are still fighting with a lawyer over a garnishment that they need to reimburse to us after our bankruptcy was discharged. My lawyer, who has been great, checked the court documents and the court say they don't have a writ of execution or garnishment. I have both of these documents and have given my lawyer the copy but why would the court not have them?? If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. I am so frustrated by these dirty collection lawyers and my poor lawyer is definitely working hard for his money. BTW, if anyone wants a name of an awesome lawyer for ND/MN let me know. I definitely would recommend this guy. Please, if anyone can clear this up for me I would appreciate it.
