    341 meeting over

    Well the meeting went very well. The first 3 people before us had a hard time. The first woman had filed before and was in the process of selling a rental property that the trustee was not aware of. The next couple did not bring their tax return so they had to reschedule. The next couple had to prove how they spent there 7,000 tax return. We were so nervous but ours went fine. Glad thats finally over.

    SEE - ALMOST PAINLESS.......................

    Now the "nervous 60 day waiting period" - PULL UP A CHAIR - have a long chat with us for the next 60 days............... and wait on that discharge to come thru.......

      I am very thankful for this forum. It has let me vent and also find out alot about the bk laws that I wouldnt have found anywhere else.

      I think this will be the longest 60days ever though!!

          Hey Notme...

          We are in the same boat!! I just had my 341 last Friday, so we will wait together!! LOL I am so relieved that the hearing is over...the rest will be a piece of cake for me...anything that comes up now can't possibly be as bad as it was!!

            I hope it gets better, Ill just be glad when its closed. That meeting was tough so happy thats done too. Let me know how your case goes. Good luck!
