    GRRRR. Still no discharge...

I took some of your advice and looked up my local BK office's website, but they are absolutely in the dark ages there.

However, I am getting a little worried. Shouldn't my discharge have come through by now? I mean I thought it only took about 90 days, and it is past that. I filed on October 15, and it has since come and gone...

Should I be worried, or is the court just taking its sweet little time?

I'm not sure how it works from state to state but what I can tell you is that we filed at the end of March '04, had our mtg beginning of May and were discharged on July 9, 2004. I don't know if this helps at all. Do you still have your notice of your 341 mtg? On there it should list the deadline for creditors to file a complaint. I don't believe you will be discharged before that point and should be discharged shortly after that, I would think. Hope you get an answer soon and are released from the worries.

Tinroofrusted, if you want I can look you up on PACER. I think they have private mail on this forum. Just send me your first and last name and what state you filed in and I'll see if there's anything on your docket report. I just filed and am new to PACER but am having fun learning how to use it! Let me know if you'd like me to help...

If your 341 meeting was only in December, you still have some time to wait. Generally, you don't get your discharge until at least 60 days after your 341 Meeting.
