Last month, Honda repossessed my car.
I went today to pick up the stuff out of my car and to give them the keys. My attorney said we could fight the repossession, but it would be really hard because of the language in the lease. I decided not to fight for it anymore. I'm really sad today. I'm admitting I failed. I handled it badly. Very badly.
The good news (if you can really call it that) is that everything is all set for a no asset Chapter 7 filing when I get the funds. I have some payments to make on my student loans first, so I don't know when I will be able to file. But it will be within the next month or so.
Does it get better? Does this chaotic feeling eventually calm down? When did it for you?
Thanks for letting me get this all out. I'm feeling really low tonight.
