Do-It-Yourself Bankruptcy

I've decided to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. It's the simpliest of bankruptcies. I owe $17,000. I don't own any real estate. No bank account, stocks, bonds or investments.
Is it possible to do it myself? If so, can someone tell me where to go to obtain forms. I'm from Ct.

Go get some books out of the library, and you can buy forms for about $10.00 at office max or whatever.

You can also print them for free online, but I am not 100% sure of the sites.
