1 of my creditors sent a letter to my lawyer stating that on oct 17,2004 i took out 800.00 ( i did to make payments) you know robbing peter to pay paul , anyway my lawyer filed the bk in the first week of December. So the creditor says it was within a certain time frame so they gave me a choice, reaffirm on 800.00 of pay 1 time 640.00 payment, if i dont they will put in for denying my discharge. i thought once you had the 341 meeting that it was too late for the creditors to do anything. I am considering to pay the 1 time fee of 640.00 just so this bk wont drag on. what do you think

Why are you asking here, you should be asking your attorney?
You might be able to win this one if you used the money to pay non-creditor bills (i.e. utilities, gorceries). Technically, you aren't supposed to use credit within 90 days before filing. But if you took out the money in October, and you filed in December, I am surprised they are putting up a fight over $800.00.
If they file an objection to discharge, and you win, you will more than likely get your attorney's fees paid.
Anyway, talk to your attorney.
