Ok... I'm one of those who will get paperwork out and reread it just for the hell of it. And this time I found an oops. It may be what is delaying my discharge but it may not. I filed pro-se and on the statement of intention I forgot to white out the "X" under debt will be reaffirmed so now there are two. The other is under property is claimed as exempt. My car is exempt in OH and I decided not to reaffirm but forgot to white that out. Could this be causing me problems?

Doubt that would affect anything...... if you haven't signed reaffirm papers they are not reaffirmed yet anyways.....
Since you filed pro se - it is your responsibility to contact the companies that you wish to reaffirm a debt with... If there are any, it needs to be done before your discharge.
Check and make sure that these debts are included in your banruptcy as you are wanting to discharge them......
Pacer may be slow posting and Trustees can be even slower, they take their good ole time doing things.Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
