First Attorney Meeting Tonight!

Hi everyone! I am having my first attorney meeting and I am so nervous. I think I should be able to file for Chapter 7 since I have no assets and am under the state Median level. I have been reading so many posts on here and everyone has really been a big help for me understanding how this whole thing works.

Thanks, I will do that. How does everyone stay sane while going through this? It's only the free consultation and I am already nervous as can be.

Make yourself a list of questions that you want to ask so that you don't go out of there saying "oops, I wanted to ask him one more thing". I started working on my list today for my meeting next week so I'd have some productive worrying instead of worrying just for the sake of worrying.

We maintain sanity one day, one hour, one minute at a time! We are blessed to have a wonderful attorney with great paralegals, and steady incomes. Unfortunately we are in a 13 for 60 months. It is no fun and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy if I had one.
