We had the hearing yesterday finally and the attorney for the chapter 7 trustee agreed to let us stay in the 13 as long as we pay 100% of the Tax issues that need to be done. We had already been discharged on the 7 with all of the creditors (2 days before) the judge approved our conversion to 13. I just think that somehow we got lucky in our whole situation. So basically our payment is going to be $1000 or so now but We will make it work!!! I am soo happy that everything worked out and we get to keep our house..
