My deadline for objections was on April 17th in my no asset case and I'm still not discharged. However, I did find out the reason. The woman who took in my final installment of the filing fee recorded it improperly so it looked like I still owed the court $174. Got that straightened out and the clerk I spoke with said this was the only thing holding up my discharge and that I should see it soon. My question is how long will it take to show up on PACER?Last edited by krobin02; 06-10-2006, 10:20 AM.Filed Pro-se: 01/18/06

The Trustee can keep you case open up to one year if he so desires..... especially if he's looking for something....
Most don't though...... but they do have the option of closing your case and being able to petition the court for 1 year to re-open your case if they want too.... but they also have to have a good reason (like finding an asset)....Minny
