In a online chat with a lawyer last night, I asked the same question and he said that nobody ever reports it. I've had two consults with lawyers where one said it's a big issue and the other said don't worry.*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***

If you filed honestly re: income and reported honestly at 341 and had a chap. 7, that you should be fine.
I think under the old law that could technically examine a case for up to a year, but I don't think that they ever did, unless someone won the mega-millions lottery nd someone happened to recognize the name. Under the new law, it seems even less likely that they would check.
I asked my atty. the same question and they told me that after my 341 was over that I was free to ger another job and that if my income changed (even dramatically) that it was all over and not to worry as long as I had represented the facts honestly at my 341 (and I believe that included significant increases in my income). At the time, I anticipated and received a major short term loss in income. Since it was a chap. 7 and not 13, they could have cared less, so I presume that the opposite would also be true.
Best wishes, Art

One out of 250 cases are supposed to be audited now, but they're probably so behind from the huge filings in October.
You reported your current monthly income (based on last 6 months) accurately when filing. You reported your projected income accurately when filing if you didn't have the offer yet. You were asked at the 341 if you anticipate any changes in income and you didn't at that time.
When does the new job start? In this case, I'd think the later the better just in case.*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***
