Ok, I've been on this forum for a little while and I've seen people going on about the 580 magic number as a minimum for getting 100% financing. Is this really the case. I have decided to delay my home purchase plans until 2008 so I can have a bigger down payment and have some additional monies to purchase things I need washer dryer ect. I will be 2 years out of BK by then. So I'm hoping that may help a little as well.
