    Gross or Net

Are they looking at gross pay or net pay in comparing w/ expenes?

I believe it is based on gross because you have insurance, savings, etc all taken out of the gross not the net...... this would included 401k etc.....

I believe all the taxes as insurance stuff is also listed in the expense.....

Been a long time since I filled out a petition....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

Yes, gross pay--you need to list how much goes to state and fed tax and all that good stuff on schedule J.

I found blank forms, scheduals i & j. I printed up each to see.

On schedual J, #12.Taxes (not deducted from wages or included in home morgage)..... I had to pay State this year, could that be included? I forgot to add my tv expense, and of all things my child care! lol.... so I redid it to include these items. I'm well over on the expense side!!!!! waahooo- I guess.
