Just another thing to look forward to if I accept a higher paying job but that means 75-100% travel.

I know what you mean, Anon. I have a frequent travel job and use a corporate-issued credit card to pay for everything travel-related. When I knew we were going to file Ch 13, I told my boss that since I had nothing personal owed on my corporate card, I had been advised not to list it on our creditors list but I could still lose it if the cc company canceled it when they found out I was filing on other personal credit cards. He was very understanding - said he couldn't tell me who or why, but that there is another person in our division who lost their card privileges. When he travels, our support staff uses our department's 'catch-all' corporate card to book hotels and flights for him, and they also arrange for a travel money advance before he heads out. Definitely not the most convenient, but it gets the job done. Most companies have a backdoor method around the travel corporate card if they want to find a way - I'm betting that if your worst case scenario comes true, your higher-paying job will figure out a work-around too.Originally posted by anonymuseJust another thing to look forward to if I accept a higher paying job but that means 75-100% travel.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Still have Amex
It must be if you file against them. (I was fortunate to have mine paid off). I did not touch it a few months before and after BK and it is fine today. (I also subscribe to their Credit Aware service, and receive quarterly credit reports, so they can clearly see if they wanted). I have been discharged since Feb 2006, and received a letter stating I am eligible to use the revolving feature for large purchases - (which of course I threw in the garbage!). Hope that helps!

Very Interesting Copper! Did you list them and re-affirm with them or just not list them as they were zero balance?
