about to file chapter 7 need help newbee car title

Hi everyone .I am new to this forum.Originaly from war torn Bosnia.
I read somewhere that you have to be usa citizen to file for bankruptcy.
Right noew i am permanent resident and a green card holder.
also got one question about car titles.
Curently i own a minivan with a clean car title(paid off,that woulfd probably be exempt and i get to keep since the value is only$1500) on my name.I use to own a ford taurus with my uncle as a cosigner ,that is paid off in 2004.Car broke down so me and my uncle took it apart and sold it as scrap metal.
My question is do i have to list this car title (even the car doesnot exist no more) as my asset and how do you get reed of title from all records.
Or if someone can link me to the website i would appreciated it.
Car has been paid off.

You probably need to call the Dept of Motor Vehicles where you live and see how they will handle the title.

You might need to show some sort of proof that you've parted the car out.
