Ok...I made a huge mistake. Last year 10/05 I filed for chap 7. I went on the payment plan...then had a huge medical bill and couldn't pay the payment plan. Needless to say, the case was dismissed. I did get my 2005 taxes back and finished paying the medical bill. My question is, can I re-file chap 7 or did i completely mess this up? When I file, then do I get into trouble for using those taxes?

Today: Tr 618 (+122), Ex 601 (+105), Eq 623 (+116) -
Yes, they let you make the payments to the court for the filing fee in installments. I missed a payment, therefor they dismissed the case.
