What all to send to trustee

You are probably going to think this is dumb, But I am just so nervous.

My husband and I are going to be filing soon,(this week) and I just want to make sure I give the right forms to the trustee and not to the courthouse.

I think the only things the trustee gets right now is the copy of 2005 tax return and pay stubs for the last 60 days, correct? And then of course anything else that he/she may request. Everything else gets turned into the courthouse.

Is it normal for me to be so nervous about this? I am just worried that I am going to turn something into the courthouse that should go to the trustee and I wont know and the case will be thrown out. Has anyone else worried about this, or just me?

    Thanks in advance.

Well I am fnnishing up my forms and triple checking now so we all worry about giving the right papers to everyone. As from what others have posted here you dont' give in the tax forms, paystubs the same day u go down to the courthouse to file. You will soon get a notice in the mail informing u those items are due 7-10 days befor the 341 meeting. But since im still new here u can do a lil search around until others come and answer.

You might want to check your states BK site. Mine, in MN, says that to file, you have to provide 60 days of income with the original BK paperwork. The rest I am assuming would go to the trustee before the 341. Hope that helps.

If you are filing pro se, contact the trustee to make sure he/she doesn't require anything else for the 341.

I feel it's normal. I feel that way too. We have really been ready to file for about a week and a half but like I said in another thread, I seem to have an insanely odd bond with my BK paperwork. I am afraid that once I turn it in, it's all out of my control and what if they can't understand what I typed or what if they feel a certain expense isn't good enough or what if they think I should stop being a stay at home mom and get myself a job. I'm totally freaking out about it. I have checked my paperwork so much that I can probably do it in my sleep and spout off about 20 exemptions and their federal codes and what every schedule is and blah blah blah. I really need to file this and have a day that I am not obsessing about it. Sorry for the rant. I meant to just say that I worried too.
