    Schedule B: Personal Property

Okay since i'm filing BK until I get everything together im staying in someone elses home my furniture wasnt mines so it went back to orig. owner (long story). Now where im staying all that is actually mines is bedroom furniture.

So on Sched. B under furniture I put Ordinary bedroom furniture and replacement value. I do have a seperate paper with a detail list of each item is that good enough since I can't fit evey item on that schedule and the same goes for clothing.

Just do a bulk listing for your furniture items. "Household goods" is what many attnys here use. You could say "Bedroom Furniture" if you'd rather.

And don't itemize your clothes either. No "10 pairs of panties, 12 blouses, etc." type stuff. Just say "Clothes" and note a $$ figure. UNLESS you have a fur coat, or Prada shoes, or something like that.

lol @ 10 pairs of panties...

No I just put bedroom furniture and a figure and I was going to do the same for clothing but didnt want it to be wrong when they say it should have been itemized.

This is where PACER comes in real handy.

Go on PACER and look at a few filings of attnys in your area. See how the attnys in your Court are noting things in other people's filings. Then your paperwork will look just like theirs does.
