Post Bankruptcy Counseling

Alright.....so I'm in such a rush to get this done and over with that when the lawyer said I had to do a post bankruptcy counseling.....I went and looked for it and completed it the same day.

Does that matter? Or did I have to do it after the 341?

The only thing would be if there was a problem at your 341. Then you may have wasted your money, but what's done is done...

Alright so I checked with the attorney and he said ANYTIME after the bankruptcy filling you could take it but it has to be done no later than 45 days after the first date set for your meeting of creditors.

The attorney said they do not anticipate any problems with the 341 because there is nothing there that they could possibly take. He said usually it's anything over 1000.00 that they want.
