The judgment creditor in my case has scheduled a deposition under bankruptcy rule 2004. Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect in this deposition, how I should prepare and what I should take?

ConfusedinFL, I can't recall - did you file your bk with a lawyer?
If you filed pro se (without a lawyer), then I'm thinking that it's time to make appointments with 3-4 bk-specialty lawyers in your area who offer free half-hour to hour consultations and explain your situation. Retain the one you like best, because your case has progressed past a routine bk, and having sound, experienced legal advice on your side during the coming deposition is important. Also the lawyer can help ensure that you know which documents and other items to gather ahead of time to support your case.
(btw, nice find about Section 2004, Miss Puff!)I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13

Yes I do have a lawyer retained. She tells me not to worry but somehow the reassurance of the members here helps me to believe that. Her advise is based upon fact and reason however the judgment creditor is crazy and reason and fact just don't seem to apply. This individual is driven by pure hatred and vindictiveness, not reason and fact so there is very little that seems to put my mind at rest enough to get a decent night's sleep.
