If your case was already discharged and closed without listing this creditor and the debt wasn't repurchased from another creditor that was on your original credit matrix, then you still owe the radiology bill.Originally posted by nature

Check your discharge paperwork. Mine says that any debts that existed at the time of filing have been discharged. An error of omission wouldn't change that.Comment

Letter is from a attorney.. and it says for me to send payment directly to his office within 30 days...there is no address for original creditor..just says radiologistComment

Old Law, Asset: This is more complicated since the creditor didn't receive notice. Might require an attorney?
