A couple of questions first... What kind of bankruptcy did you file? Is your bankruptcy discharged and closed?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13

    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

If your case was already discharged and closed without listing this creditor and the debt wasn't repurchased from another creditor that was on your original credit matrix, then you still owe the radiology bill.

How did you find out about the bill? Were you contacted by the original bill issuer or did they sell the debt to a debt collection agency?

Check your discharge paperwork. Mine says that any debts that existed at the time of filing have been discharged. An error of omission wouldn't change that.

Sounds like this debt has been purchased from the original creditor. There are several well-known attorney collectors - who sent your notice?

How old is this debt? Which state do you live in? (I'm asking to see if the debt could be older than your state's statute of limitations.)

Nature, the key here is whether you were an asset or no-asset case:

Old Law, No-Asset: All unsecured debts are discharged, including this one. Just send them your discharge notice.

Old Law, Asset: This is more complicated since the creditor didn't receive notice. Might require an attorney?

                New Law: No idea.

Best regards, and breathe easy =)
