    Does this mean Im done?

    It has under the Satisfied for Objection for Discharge Due under Satisfied it has 8/29/06. I did Case Summary and it said that date for discharged. Am I really finished and I can go on with my life?

    Discahrged, YES, but is your case closed? Check the Status on PACER. It should say closed or awaiting closing. If not closed, you're not quite finished, but you can move on with your life.

      I called the Courts and yes it is discharged, she said it should be cloed within a few days!!!!!!

          funny, u got discharged same day as me.

          from what i saw, it takes about 3-4 weeks here in la for it to be closed. I think it's just to allow any creditor to file any kind of objection or anything.

          Then it's just closed and archived. For all intensive purposes - i guess you're done.

            I was just wondering. My husband bought me a car and we kept it in his name. I guess we are waiting till closing so we can title it in my name.

              in a couple weeks call the clerk and ask them to close it. somtimes they forget.
